Stylish and Modern

Exquisitely reimagined and redesigned to nurture comfortable and effortless living, a home that radiates quality, style and beauty does not emerge often. Picture-perfect and ready for seamless transition, this is an impeccable residence set among other large homes on large lots near beautiful hiking trails with wonderful views.

With direct access to a large private garden, this spacious four-bedroom, two and one-half bath home offers the ambiance of an idyllic retreat. An easy flow between indoors and outdoors, whether for everyday living or entertaining, there is space enough for all activities —  socially distanced or closely gathered.  As lifestyles are ever evolving, this home will offer happiness and stability to its occupants.

From the striking façade of the colonial revival exterior, one enters the modern and stylish foyer of this delightful home. The floor plan is smart and functional. On the primary level, the large light-filled living room has a gracious fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows and hardwood floors that carry through to the equally bright dining room, with wainscoted-detailed walls and a bay window. Conveniently located on this level is the laundry room and a half bath. The expansive kitchen and family room make up the heart of the home; this “great room” opens directly onto the special garden.

The upper level has four bedrooms and two baths. The primary bedroom, en-suite, has plenty of room for wardrobe and has beautiful finishes in the bath.  The second bath on this level is also handsomely modernized.

With several direct access points to the outdoors, this home also boasts a patio, perfect for taking evening meals, and a lawn for play. One can spend carefree days in this expansive level garden seated under the pergola and socializing around the outdoor fireplace.

An inviting neighborhood, Sequoyah Hills is in close proximity to trails with panoramic views of the Bay, and other outdoor adventures. With easy access to UC Berkeley, downtown Oakland, the Bay Bridge and the South Bay, this bucolic, tranquil environment is a wonderful place to call home. And the new Oak Knoll development in the works just minutes down the road will bring shopping convenience to the area.
